Built in 1935, Swartland House is one of the original houses in the Clarens. It has been beautifully restored to offer guests a charming blend of heritage and modern comfort.

Main House

The house has 3 rooms with 2 king size beds and 1 queen sized bed. It also has 2 floor mattresses that can be used in the lounge/open plan area if needed.

This beautifully renovated house boasts a rich history while providing contemporary amenities for a memorable stay. Guests can unwind in the cozy interior with a large lounge and open plan kitchen, with three en suite bedrooms, ensuring privacy and convenience for all. Furthermore, as well as an enclosed stoep, the lounge and master bedroom both feature a wood burner for the colder winter months.

Swartland House offers DSTV and WiFi, ensuring guests stay connected throughout their visit. The accommodation features both indoor and outdoor braai facilities, perfect for enjoying the property in all weather.
