A unique space close to the center of town, on the edge of Clarens Nature Reserve with views of western mountains.

The house sleeps 4 in two double rooms with queen size beds, electric blankets, storage and hanging space for clothes. There are two bathrooms. One with a bath and both have a shower, toilet and hand basin.

The kitchen has a stove with gas hob and electric oven. There is also cooking utensils, pots, pans etc. The scullery has a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier and wash up area. There are cleaning materials, ironing board and iron, and a vacuum cleaner for guest use.

There is an indoor and outdoor dining area and furniture.

The lounge has a smart TV and Wifi.

Please bring your own personal DSTV and Netflix codes to access your favourite channels and sport.

There is a built in braai on the patio and a wood burning fire place in the lounge and a wood burning indoor fireplace in the lounge. Guests must bring their own wood and fire lighters.

There is secure undercover parking for 2 cars in the property.
